  3. मूळ पृष्ठ, PDF आणि access dateParent page, PDF, and access dateदुवा बदलल्यास मूळ सूची नवीन आवृत्ती शोधायला मदत करते.The parent listing helps locate a replacement if a link changes.
  4. नंतरची दुरुस्ती आणि commencementLater amendment and commencementदुरुस्तीचा मजकूर, प्रकाशन तारीख आणि ती केव्हा लागू झाली हे एकच असतं असं गृहीत धरू नका.Do not assume amendment text, publication date, and commencement are the same thing.
  5. अनिश्चितताUncertaintyअर्थ, लागू तारीख किंवा तथ्य वादग्रस्त असल्यास निष्कर्षाऐवजी तज्ज्ञ पडताळणी नोंदवा.If meaning, effective date, or facts are disputed, record the need for professional review rather than a conclusion.

नियम आणि उपविधीही तपासाCheck the Rules and bye-laws too

अधिनियम हा एकमेव स्रोत नसतो. प्रश्नानुसार नियम, नंतरची अधिसूचना आणि संस्थेचे नोंदणीकृत उपविधी एकत्र पहा.

The Act is not the only source. Depending on the question, read the Rules, later notifications, and the society’s registered bye-laws together.
