Accurate sources and dates matter in legal information. This page explains what we check, where we state cautions, and what we do when an error is identified.

स्रोतांची निवडSource selection
शक्य असेल तिथे आम्ही कायदा व न्याय विभाग, सहकार आयुक्त व निबंधक, महाराष्ट्र शासन e-Gazette, Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies किंवा India Code यांसारख्या मूळ सरकारी स्रोतांकडे दुवा देतो. तृतीय-पक्ष सारांश हा मूळ मजकुराचा पर्याय मानत नाही.
Where possible, we link to original government sources such as the Law and Judiciary Department, Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar, Maharashtra e-Gazette, Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies, or India Code. We do not treat a third-party summary as a substitute for the source text.
आवृत्ती आणि वेळVersions and time
अधिकृत संकेतस्थळावर असलेली PDFही एखाद्या ठरावीक तारखेपर्यंतचा मजकूर असू शकते. म्हणून मार्गदर्शकावर दुवा तपासल्याची तारीख, दस्तऐवजाच्या नावात किंवा पानावर दिसणारी आवृत्ती आणि नंतरची कागदपत्रं कुठे शोधायची हे नमूद करतो.
A PDF on an official site may still contain text only through a stated date. Guides therefore record the link-check date, any version visible in the document title or page, and where to look for later documents.
महत्त्वाचं: प्रश्न ज्या तारखेशी संबंधित आहे त्या तारखेला लागू मजकूर शोधावा लागतो. आजची आवृत्ती भूतकाळातील घटनेला लागू होती किंवा जुनी PDF आजही पूर्ण आहे असा निष्कर्ष फक्त एका दस्तऐवजावरून काढू नका.
Important: You need the text applicable on the date relevant to the question. Do not infer from a single document that today’s version applied to a past event, or that an older PDF remains complete today.
AI, OCR आणि भाषांतरAI, OCR, and translation
स्कॅन केलेल्या PDFमधून शोधता येणारा मजकूर तयार करण्यासाठी OCR वापरला जाऊ शकतो. देवनागरी, जुना फॉन्ट, तक्ते, शिक्के आणि खराब स्कॅनमध्ये चुका होऊ शकतात. अचूक शब्द, कलम क्रमांक किंवा तारीख वापरण्याआधी मूळ पानाशी दृश्य पडताळणी आवश्यक आहे.
OCR may be used to make scanned PDFs searchable. Devanagari, legacy fonts, tables, stamps, and poor scans can produce errors. Exact wording, section numbers, and dates require visual checking against the original page.
शोध, वर्गीकरण, भाषेची मांडणी किंवा प्राथमिक सारांशासाठी AI सहाय्य वापरलं जाऊ शकतं. AIने सांगितलेला कायदा, कलम, उद्धरण किंवा निष्कर्ष स्वतंत्रपणे मूळ अधिकृत स्रोताशी पडताळल्याशिवाय प्राधिकृत मानला जात नाही.
AI assistance may be used for search, classification, wording, or an initial summary. An AI-provided law, section, quotation, or conclusion is not treated as authoritative until independently checked against the original official source.

We provide bilingual text for clarity; it is not claimed as an official translation. If two official language versions differ or are ambiguous, have the originals and applicable legal rules reviewed by a qualified professional.

Unless a page explicitly names a qualified reviewer and review date, we do not claim that an external advocate has reviewed it. Treat that as a transparent limitation and check the source text.
दुरुस्ती आणि अपडेटCorrections and updates
दुवा बंद असणं, चुकीची तारीख, दिशाभूल करणारा सारांश, भाषांतरातील अर्थबदल किंवा नंतरचं अधिकृत कागदपत्र दिसल्यास आम्हाला कळवा. आम्ही आधार तपासून आवश्यक बदल करू आणि पृष्ठावरील अद्ययावत तारीख बदलू. मोठा अर्थबदल असल्यास मजकुरात स्पष्ट सूचना देण्याचा प्रयत्न करू.
Tell us if a link is broken, a date is wrong, a summary is misleading, a translation changes meaning, or a later official document is available. We will check the basis, make necessary changes, and update the page date. For a material change in meaning, we aim to add a clear note in the content.
