सहकार मित्र हे विकासाधीन उत्पादन आहे. वेबसाइटवरील सुविधा, पडदे, उत्तरं, स्रोतव्याप्ती, किंमती, वेळापत्रक आणि सुरू होण्याची ठिकाणं प्रस्तावित आहेत; ती बदलू किंवा रद्द होऊ शकतात.
प्रतीक्षा यादीचा फॉर्म सक्रिय आहे; उत्पादन प्रवेश, व्हॉट्सअॅप सेवा, पेमेंट किंवा प्रायोगिक कार्यक्रम उपलब्ध नाही. प्रतीक्षा यादीत रस नोंदवल्याने प्रवेश, प्राधान्य, किंमत किंवा सुरू होण्याची तारीख याची हमी मिळत नाही.

सामान्य माहिती; वैयक्तिक कायदेशीर सल्ला नाही

झलकांमध्ये दाखवलेले प्रश्न, उत्तरं, व्यक्ती, संस्था, पत्ते, प्रकरण क्रमांक, कागदपत्रं, तारखा, वेळा आणि रकमा केवळ संकल्पना समजावण्यासाठी काल्पनिक किंवा नमुना स्वरूपात आहेत. त्यांची कायदेशीर अचूकता पडताळलेली नाही. स्पष्टपणे अधिकृत म्हणून दिलेले सरकारी मार्गदर्शक दुवे मात्र खरी बाह्य साधनं आहेत; ते उघडल्यानंतर त्यांचा चालू मजकूर स्वतः तपासा.
या झलक अधिकृत नोंद, पुरावा, दाखल करण्याचा नमुना, कायदेशीर स्रोत किंवा उपलब्ध उत्पादन क्षमता म्हणून वापरू नका.

वेबसाइट पाहिल्याने कोणतं नातं तयार होत नाही
वेबसाइट पाहणं, लिंक उघडणं, प्रतीक्षा यादीत रस नोंदवणं किंवा संदेश मिळणं यामुळे खालीलपैकी काहीही तयार होत नाही:
- उत्पादन सेवा, सदस्यत्व, सदस्यता किंवा हमी;
- पेमेंट, अनामत, एस्क्रो किंवा परताव्याचा व्यवहार;
- वकील–अशील, व्यावसायिक, विश्वस्त, प्रतिनिधी किंवा एजन्सी नातं;
- वकील–अशील गोपनीयता किंवा विशेषाधिकार.
कोणताही वकील नेमलेला नाही. भविष्यातील कोणतीही सशुल्क किंवा वकील सेवा स्वतंत्र, स्पष्ट करार आणि आवश्यक तपासणीनंतरच सुरू होऊ शकते.

स्वीकार्य वापर
ही वेबसाइट कायदेशीररीत्या आणि संकल्पना समजून घेण्यासाठी वापरा. तुम्ही:
- दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीची ओळख धारण करू नये किंवा तिचा संपर्क डेटा परवानगीशिवाय देऊ नये;

बौद्धिक संपदा
लागू कायद्यानुसार, वेबसाइटची मूळ रचना, मजकूर, चित्ररचना आणि लोगो यांवरील हक्क सागर कांबळे/सहकार मित्र किंवा संबंधित परवानादात्यांकडे राहतात. वैयक्तिक, गैर-व्यावसायिक पाहणीसाठी मर्यादित परवानगी सोडता कोणताही हक्क किंवा ट्रेडमार्क परवाना दिला जात नाही.
कायदे, सरकारी प्रकाशनं, अधिकृत चिन्हं, WhatsApp नाव/चिन्ह आणि इतर तृतीय-पक्ष सामग्रीवरील हक्क त्यांच्या संबंधित धारकांकडे राहतात. या अटी अशा सार्वजनिक सामग्रीवर किंवा तृतीय-पक्ष नावांवर मालकीचा दावा करत नाहीत. परवानगीविषयी प्रश्न privacy@sahakarmitra.in वर पाठवा.

पूर्वप्रकाशन वेबसाइट कोणत्याही वेळी बदलली, थांबवली किंवा काढली जाऊ शकते. सतत उपलब्धता, त्रुटी नसणं, विशिष्ट सुविधा, स्रोतांची पूर्णता किंवा कोणत्याही उद्देशासाठी योग्यता याचं आश्वासन दिलेलं नाही.
अधिकृत बाह्य दुवे सोयीसाठी दिले जाऊ शकतात. त्यांची सामग्री, उपलब्धता किंवा बदल सहकार मित्रच्या नियंत्रणात नसतात.

मर्यादा आणि जबाबदारी
कायद्याने परवानगी दिलेल्या कमाल मर्यादेत, ही पूर्वप्रकाशन वेबसाइट “जशी आहे तशी” आणि “जशी उपलब्ध आहे तशी” दिली जाते. तिची अचूकता, पूर्णता, चालू असणं, अखंड उपलब्धता किंवा एखाद्या उद्देशासाठी योग्यता याची हमी दिली जात नाही.
वेबसाइटवर विसंबून घेतलेला निर्णय, चुकलेली मुदत, अनावश्यकपणे पाठवलेलं कागदपत्र, बाह्य दुवा, सेवा उपलब्ध नसणं किंवा भविष्यातील सुविधेच्या अपेक्षेत केलेला खर्च यामुळे होणाऱ्या अप्रत्यक्ष, आनुषंगिक किंवा परिणामी नुकसानीसाठी, कायद्याने परवानगी दिलेल्या मर्यादेत, सागर कांबळे/सहकार मित्र जबाबदार राहणार नाही.

या अटी २७ जुलै २०२६ पासून लागू आहेत; आवृत्ती 2026-07-27-v1. महत्त्वाचा बदल झाल्यास या पानावरील लागू तारीख/आवृत्ती अद्ययावत केली जाईल. बदल लागू झाल्यानंतर वेबसाइट वापरणं त्या वेळच्या अटींनुसार असेल.
ऑपरेटर: सागर कांबळे, स्वतंत्र “सहकार मित्र” नावाखाली कार्यरत. सहकार मित्र ही सरकारी संस्था किंवा नोंदणीकृत कंपनी असल्याचा दावा केला जात नाही.

Prelaunch status
Sahakar Mitra is a product in development. Features, screens, answers, source coverage, prices, timelines, and launch locations shown on the site are proposals; they may change or be withdrawn.
The waitlist form is active; there is no product access, WhatsApp service, payment, or pilot. Registering waitlist interest does not guarantee access, priority, price, or a launch date.

Questions, answers, people, societies, addresses, case numbers, documents, dates, times, and amounts in previews are fictional or sample material used only to explain a concept. Their legal accuracy has not been validated. Government guide links expressly identified as official are real external resources; check their current text after opening them.
Do not use a preview as an official record, evidence, filing template, legal source, or statement of an available product capability.

No relationship is created
Viewing the site, opening a link, registering waitlist interest, or receiving a message does not create:
- a product service, membership, subscription, or guarantee;
- a payment, deposit, escrow, or refund transaction;
- an advocate–client, professional, fiduciary, representative, or agency relationship;
- advocate–client confidentiality or privilege.
No advocate is assigned. Any future paid or advocate service could begin only under a separate, clear agreement and after the required checks.

Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and to understand the concept. You must not:
- impersonate someone or provide another person’s contact data without permission;
- send legal questions, case facts, member lists, notices, agreements, evidence, or other documents;
- send malware, disrupt the site, probe or bypass security, or attempt unauthorised access;
- perform automated bulk extraction except where permitted by law or written permission;
- present a fictional preview as real, official, verified, or legal advice from Sahakar Mitra.

Intellectual property
Under applicable law, rights in the site’s original design, copy, illustrations, and logo remain with Sagar Kamble/Sahakar Mitra or the relevant licensors. Apart from limited personal, non-commercial viewing, no right or trademark licence is granted.
Laws, government publications, official emblems, the WhatsApp name/mark, and other third-party material remain with their respective rightsholders. These terms do not claim ownership over public material or third-party names. Send permission questions to privacy@sahakarmitra.in.

Privacy and information you send
The effective privacy notice explains how waitlist contact data is handled. Provide only the fields the form expressly requests; do not send questions, matter details, or documents.

Availability and changes
The prelaunch site may be changed, paused, or removed at any time. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular feature, complete source coverage, or fitness for a purpose.
Official external links may be provided for convenience. Sahakar Mitra does not control their content, availability, or later changes.

Limitations and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this prelaunch site is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Sagar Kamble/Sahakar Mitra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on the site, a missed deadline, an unnecessarily submitted document, an external link, service unavailability, or spending in expectation of a future feature.
These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that law does not permit to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain available.

People under 18
The site and waitlist are for people who have completed 18 years of age. A person under 18 must not provide contact details. We have no parental-consent flow and do not knowingly collect children’s data.

Changes, operator, and contact
These terms are effective 27 July 2026; version 2026-07-27-v1. A material change will update the effective date/version shown here. Use after a change takes effect is governed by the terms then displayed.
